My name is Jen Percival and I’m the gal who’s going to help you transform your real estate business and your mindset, so that you can start getting the results you deserve.

I’ve spent the last 13 years in real estate, where I made multi-millions, without ever using any old-school tactics…and I’ll show you exactly how I did it.

I’m a Certified Master NeuroCoach™ with a Psychology degree, I’m the host of the highly-rated Women Rocking Real Estate Podcast and I owned a boutique real estate brokerage for 5 years. I’m also the mother of 4 kids….yes, you can do it all and still have a life.

To quote the authors of “Go-Givers Sell More”. To quote the authors of “Go-Givers Sell More”...
“The great upside-down misconception about sales is that it is an effort to GET something from others. The truth is that sales at its best — that is, at its most effective — is precisely the opposite: it is about GIVING.”
📖 This was such a fantastic read, I’ve read it more than once, and the concepts learned are applied daily in almost everything we do as Realtors. I highly recommend that every Realtor reads or even re-read this book if you have already read it.
💡 A takeaway that has always stuck with me, is when you shift your perspective from what you get, to what you can give, and focus on adding value in every interaction, you will enrich and enhance others’ memories of you which in turn helps them think of you first and keeps you top of mind.
Giving and Serving is the most authentic way to become a valuable go-to source of recommendation within your network.
So what do you give?? 
When making the shift to soulful selling it’s important to remember each area of service that needs to be nurtured:
Time.
Attention.
Counsel.
Education.
Empathy.
Value.
When you give your time, attention, counsel and expertise, while being empathetic to their emotions and needs, you will always be in a position of value. 
Once you’re in a position of value to each person you meet, all you have to do is remember to continue to touch lives everywhere you go. Remember to build big networks, be real, follow through, and stay in touch.
Do this on repeat, and sales will follow as a natural side effect.
I hope you follow my recommendation and go read this book as soon as you can, I know you’ll find it super helpful just as I did.

In traditional sales training, they often use the In traditional sales training, they often use the analogy of fishing for clients. You need to lay out a lot of lines, to catch one.
I see it more like farming...
You prepare the soil.
You plant the seeds.
You water.
You Weed.
You Nurture.
When you prepare the soil well and are careful in your cultivation, you will reap a harvest.
Which seeds you’ve planted will bear fruit and when? It depends...the timing is not always up to you. 
Different relationships take different amounts of time and care.
So a good mindset habit you need to focus on, is that you’re playing THE LONG GAME.
When you are building your business, the things you are doing today, are actually to build your business in the FUTURE.

Social media can be a great tool for nurturing you Social media can be a great tool for nurturing your relationships. When you post the RIGHT type of content, it:
➡️ Establishes you as a community expert
➡️ Demonstrates your authority
➡️ Provides value
➡️ Keeps you top of mind
➡️ Builds connection
When you create content that does all of this, you have the winning recipe for converting followers into clients!
But too often Realtors only post promotional content ——> testimonials, "just listed" and "just sold" announcements, open houses, educational content, etc.
People who aren’t in the market right now, don’t care about that stuff...
...and the reality is, the vast majority of your followers probably aren’t in the market right now.
I’m not saying don’t post promotional content, but you need to post MORE content that your entire follower base cares about....and cares about all the time, not just when they’re thinking about buying or selling.

When you nurture your relationships from a place of providing value first, your followers are much more likely to think of you when they are in the market or know someone who is.
🏆  BONUS points to anyone who noticed that I couldn’t fit 10 tips in the graphics. But here’s a few more ideas to work with to help you expand the depth and quality of your content.
—> Kids Programs- Stay on top of the parental community news and be the first to tell your fellow Mom & Dad friends about it online. They’ll appreciate it.
—> Behind the Scenes- Give a glimpse or sneak peak into what goes on behind the scenes while buying and selling homes. Showcase all of the stuff (especially the not so glamorous stuff clients don’t get to see!)
If you feel like your audience isn't engaging with If you feel like your audience isn't engaging with your content as much as you’d like, it's probably because you’re not creating enough content that they actually care about. 
❌  A social media savvy agent doesn't just share testimonials and listings and cute graphics hoping for buyers and sellers to engage. 
✅  They deliver useful content with the intention of creating value for their followers.
