Let me introduce myself…

My name is Jen Percival and I’m the gal who’s going to help you transform your real estate business and your mindset, so that you can start getting the results you deserve.

I’ve spent the last 13 years in real estate, where I made multi-millions, without ever using any old-school tactics…and I’ll show you exactly how I did it.

I’m a Certified Master NeuroCoach™ with a Psychology degree, I’m the host of the highly-rated Women Rocking Real Estate Podcast and I owned a boutique real estate brokerage for 5 years. I’m also the mother of 4 kids….yes, you can do it all and still have a life.

It's time to stop wasting time creating content th It's time to stop wasting time creating content that no one is searching for and no one cares about.
If you want to attract more clients without door knocking, cold calling or harassing your friends and family, you need to start creating the RIGHT type of content that:
1️⃣ Content that gets SEARCHED. 
If you haven't researched and validated that you're creating content your ideal clients are actually searching for, you're wasting your time.
2️⃣ Content that gets FOUND.
You've got to post content where people are searching for it, optimize it so they find you and make sure it's evergreen, so that it continues to get found forever.
3️⃣ Content that gets SEEN.
If you're only relying on organic reach, be prepared for it to take a really long time to have any impact on your business. If you want to accelerate your results....pay to play.
4️⃣ Content that gets RE-PURPOSED.
Stop drowning in content creation and get off the marketing hamster wheel. Make every piece of content searchable & evergreen and then re-purpose it across all your platforms.
